sentence for a man who was caught driving while disqualified three times in one year.

Sherwyn Jennings, 19, of Ord Road, Warwick, pleaded guilty to the offence, as well as speeding at 65 kph and supplying a false name.

He was stopped by Police on radar patrol near North Street and Dutton Avenue in Pembroke on June 29, Police prosecutor Sgt. John Dale said.

When the officers stopped Jennings he gave them a false name. And after he admitted his true identity the officers found that Jennings was a disqualified driver.

Mr. Francis took Jennings off the road for a further 18 months for driving while disqualified. He also imposed a six-month prison term, suspended for the 18 months.

And he fined Jennings $600 for speeding and $300 for supplying a false name.
