be brought against a Whitney Institute teacher for alleged misconduct.

Crown Counsel Khamisi Tokunbo yesterday confirmed that a file on the teacher was at the Attorney General's chambers and that they will be "advising'' Police at the end of the week.

The teacher has been on suspension with full pay since last year when a written complaint was filed concerning a female pupil.

Another girl, who is a former Whitney pupil, also came forward with similar allegations about the same teacher after the first complaint was submitted on December 12.
