disqualified from all vehicles for one year in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Kimani Fubler, of Fourth Avenue, pleaded not guilty to driving while under the legal age. He told Police he was only "test driving'' the bike.

Police prosecutor Insp. Peter Duffy said Fubler was stopped by Police at 9 p.m. on July 11 on Marsh Folly Road when it was discovered he was not yet 18 and therefore not qualified to ride the bike.

Fubler told the officers he was thinking about buying the bike and was taking it for a test drive.
