assets are to be unfrozen by the courts.

Mr. Todd, the Bank of Bermuda's former personal banking manager, has been accused of stealing millions of dollars from customers.

The bank is claiming $7.1 million from him and he faces other legal actions.

Yesterday three Appeal Court judges finished hearing lawyers' arguments about whether an order freezing $3 million dollars of Mr. Todd's assets should stand.

Mr. Geoffrey Bell, for the bank, said the amount should be increased to $6 million. But Mr. John Riihiluoma argued none of Mr. Todd's assets should be frozen.

A decision will be revealed on Monday afternoon.
