Progressive Labour Party headquarters was adjourned yesterday following legal discussions in the absence of potential jurors.

William Albert Smith, 66, has pleaded not guilty to two counts standing against him: arson and breaking and entering with intent to commit arson.

Smith, of Hesitation Lane in Devonshire, will appear for mention at June's Supreme Court arraignments, when a new trial date is expected to be set.
