assaulting Zambian runner Charles Mulinga. Sean Reginald Tucker, of Broken Hill Lane, denied beating Mulinga in the early hours of January 19.

Tucker, who was represented by lawyer Philip Perinchief, will stand trial on June 24.

He was granted bail in the sum of $1,000 with one like surety.
