granted bail yesterday in Magistrates' Court.

Troy Edwards, who turns 22 tomorrow, of South Shore Road, Paget, and Frederick Norris Lee, 25, of Crisson Avenue, Pembroke, are charged with intentionally causing grievous bodily harm to Roy Burgher, 31, on February 10 in Pembroke.

Both were remanded until March 19.

Edwards and Lee were not required to enter a plea. Magistrate the Wor. John Judge set bail at $10,000 for each man. He also imposed 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

curfews and instructed them to check in daily at Hamilton Police station.

A murder investigation into the death of Stanley Barnett, 35, from injuries suffered in the same incident was continuing, Police said.
