Puisne Judge the Hon. Mr. Justice Ward ordered the man to appear for trial on December 14 and to remain in custody until then.

William Oral Robinson, 31, of Cox's Hill, Pembroke pleaded guilty to making five false statements on his Bermuda Monetary Authority Form E last November and to five counts of failing to surrender foreign currency between November 1991 and July 1992.

The case was set down to be heard next Monday.

Ross Noel Parsons, 21, of Warwick was charged with 52 similar counts. He pleaded guilty to 26 of the counts and a trial date was set down for November 16.
