Two in court in connection with importing cocaine

Aston Edwards, of Spice Hill Road, Warwick, appeared in Magistrates' Court for mention yesterday morning.
The men, 44 and 42, respectively, together with Paula Madill, 33, also of Calgary, Alberta, are charged with importing cocaine worth $150,000.
Crown counsel Peter Eccles told the court that papers were still being transcribed and he hoped to be able to serve them on the defendants before Cup Match, next week.
All three are currently in custody although Edwards was granted bail, but could not meet the conditions.
Maximchuck told Magistrate Edward King that he was trying to obtain legal aid.
