were hauled before a Magistrate yesterday.

Chris Furbert, 18, of Friswell Hill, Pembroke, and Wilton Woolridge, 23, of Ramgoat Hill, Smith's, were both charged with fighting in a public place, outside the Odyssey nightclub on Front Street, on May 11.

Furbert faced the additional charges of actual bodily harm and violently resisting arrest.

Woolridge pleaded guilty to fighting in a public place and was bound over to keep the peace for a year.

Furbert, who pleaded not guilty, will stand trial on August 25. Magistrate Edward King released him on $500 bail, plus a surety in like sum.
