Prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said Theresa M. Glass, 35, of New York, arrived at the Airport on August 29 at 1.15 p.m. and was subject to a routine search by Customs officers.

During the search, the officers found a black pouch containing a plastic bag with "a small amount of a plant material in it''. The material was tested and found to be .21 grams of cannabis.
