President-elect Bill Clinton's inaugural dinner this week.

Miss Daina Casling was invited to join in the cermonial functions by a friend at Loomis Chaffee, the boarding school she attends in Windsor, Connecticut.

"She was invited by a young lady in her dorm, Mary Driver,'' said her father, Mr. John Casling. "Her father, Michael J. Driver, has been a personal friend of Bill Clinton's for 23 years and was also his campaign co-ordinator for Colorado.'' Mr. Casling said his 15-year-old daughter, a sophomore at the boarding school, was invited to several other inaugural functions as well.

"She's very excited,'' he said.
