Nathan John Sorrention of Ferrars Lane received a six month suspended sentence and was fined $1,000 for the two respective charges.
Sorrention was arrested by Police on December 4 outside the Docksiders Pub and Restaurant on Front Street after he was involved in an altercation with another patron of the bar.
Sorrention produced a razor blade during the altercation, and threatened the plaintiff, saying he would "come round to St. Mark's and I will slice you up''.
