Virgil appeared nervous when he saw Police, Insp. Peter Duffy, prosecuting, said, and he began fidgeting in his black sports bag. Searching Virgil, Police found 0.15 grams of cannabis in a manila envelope.
When asked by Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis if he had anything to say, Virgil said: "Sorry I got caught. I'm not going to lie. I smoke weed''.
