What's coming up before the event: Warwick Academy, Berkeley Institute, La Coquille Restaurant, PRIDE and the Bermuda Masseurs Association will be having their own fund-raising events for the Telethon before the event: Warwick Academy has sponsored a leapfrog event to be held on February 18.

Students have collected sponsors and will now try to leap over as many students as possible.

La Coquille has organised a Telethon Dish of the Day -- a grilled marinade tuna served with loquats -- that will be served all week long.

Berkeley's PRIDE clubs had a Trash-a-thon yesterday, where students collected as much trash as possible.

The Bermuda Masseurs Association will be at the Hamilton branches of the Bank of Bermuda and the Bank of Butterfield giving massages on the day of the Telethon.
