counterfeit dollar notes over the bar in a Hamilton nightclub.

Staff at the Spinning Wheel club in Court Street became suspicious shortly after midnight on Sunday after the woman handed over two Bermuda $50 bills.

They inspected the money and found the bills to be counterfeits. The incident was reported to Police and the woman was arrested at the club and taken to Hamilton Police Station.

She was questioned and then released on Police bail pending further inquiries.
