A spokesman for the Attorney General's Chambers has indicated that the writ was issued with respect to the failure to pay back taxes, including Hospital Levy payments, employment taxes, hotel occupancy taxes, timesharing occupancy taxes and timeshare taxes.

The action was taken at the Bermuda Supreme Court on Tuesday. Hamiltonian owner Mr. Harold Stavisky was not available for comment last week.
