star Shabba Ranks coming to Bermuda.

Mr. Courson, the New Jersey accountant behind the current campaign for gay rights, wants Shabba's Friday night concert called off.

Yesterday he faxed a letter to the Hon. Pamela Gordon, Youth, Sport and Recreation Minister, asking for Shabba to be banned for saying gays "should be crucified''.

"It is my understanding that Bermuda's laws provide for the exclusion of `undesirable persons' from its territory,'' wrote Mr. Courson.

"I believe that the advocacy of the murder of a percentage of the population constitutes `undesirability'.
