In turn, Mr. Hall is dropping his action against the bank for breach of trust concerning 50,000 shares in Bermuda Cablevision.
Mr. Peter Rodger, the Bank's group legal counsel, said: "The Bank and Mr.
Hall have resolved their differences.'' Mr. Hall is continuing his action for damages against Cablevision president Mr. Gavin Wilson and the company itself for the alleged wrongful retention of his shares and for his entitlement to dividends.
Mr. Hall is seeking damages of about $350,000, having been required to sell his interest in Cablevision for approximately $125,000.
