A quantity of cash was stolen from a Paget residence.

Police attended the Trimingham's Hill residence where it appeared that sometime overnight an unknown culprit broke into the home and stole the cash.

Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Later that evening a man was chased out of a Pembroke residence by the occupants.

Police attended the Marsh Folly Road residence shortly after 10.30 p.m. where the complainants said that she and her family returned home to find and unknown man exiting the premises.

Some of the family member gave chase, however, the culprit was able to escape with a laptop computer.

The suspect is described as a dark brown skinned male; approximately 5ft 7in tall with low cut curly hair.

He was wearing an off white shirt, blue jeans, has a gold tooth and is believed to be in his mid 40s.

Inquiries into this incident are underway.
