A burglar broke into a car and stole a cell phone and cash according to Police reports.

Police received the report of theft from an unattended vehicle on Happy Valley Road, Pembroke.

The complainant told officers sometime between 11.30 p.m. on Wednesday and 7 a.m. on Thursday, someone broke into his car and took the cash and phone.

Later that morning, Police attended another reported theft from a construction site on North Shore Road, Smith's.

The complainant said sometime between 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday and early Thursday morning, someone stole a yellow cement mixer from the site.
