Flames damaged a bedroom, and the rest of the property in Rocky Bay Lane was smoke-logged.

Fourteen firefighters went to the scene at 5.47 p.m. as the flames threatened to spread.

The householders were evacuated while firemen put out the blaze. No one was hurt.

A fire service spokesman said yesterday: "We will be out there early tomorrow morning to try to find the cause.''
