At the 7.30 p.m. meeting, a panel will address the issue from legal, psychological, religious, and human rights perspectives.

Panelists will include Sen. Jerome Dill, Mr. Michael Ashton, Rev. David Chisling, and Ms Elizabeth Christopher. The moderator will be lawyer Ms Clare Hatcher.

Commission chairman Canon James Francis said he hoped to add another panelist -- a local minister involved in the Family Policy ministry.

Mr. Anthony Falzarano, a self-described former homosexual whose Transformation Christian Ministries made a recent visit to the Island from America, has complained that foreign experts he recommended have been excluded from the panel.
