The man was not required to enter a plea to the indictable offence when he appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

It is alleged that on November 17 in Pembroke the man seriously sexually assaulted a woman.

The man was released on bail in the sum of $2,000 with a surety on the condition that he had no contact with the woman and that he report to Hamilton Police Station three times a week.

Teenager, Lavar Talbot, was put on probation for 18 months yesterday for stealing a motorbike.

Talbot, 17, of Talbot Lane, South Shore Road, Smith's, admitted stealing the bike last January at an earlier court hearing.
