A man was awakened on his boat, over the weekend, by two robbers demanding money.

Police attending a mooring located in the inlet in Middle Road in Smith's Parish.

At the scene the victim was seen by police on the boat and reported that two black males had robbed him.

The man stated that he was asleep on the couch on his boat when he was awakened by the suspects who made demands for money.

The suspects went into the victim's pockets and took $500 and fled. Inquires into this incident are underway.
