The judge summed up the evidence of the Matthew Clarke murder trial for jurors on Thursday the first anniversary of his death.
Mr. Clarke was found dead in bed from stab wounds and head injuries on the afternoon of April 9, 2008.
According to prosecutors, construction boss Shannon Tucker, 33, and his labourer Vernon Simons, 24, committed the slaying along with 18-year-old Kyle Sousa. It has been suggested during the month-long trial that this was retribution for drug importation charges Tucker and Simons face, for which they blame Mr. Clarke.
The trio deny murder. Puisne Judge Carlisle Greaves is expected to send the jurors out to consider their verdicts on Monday.
