Police are asking any friends or family members of Willard Deshaves to contact them and yesterday said foul play was not suspected. Mr. Deshaves is believed to have been in his late 60s or early 70s and last resided on St. John's Road in Pembroke.

Police said he may have relatives in Warwick and urged them to contact Sgt.

The Bermuda Industrial Union, newly-formed Taxi Advisory Committee, Public Services Vehicles Licensing Board and Ministerial liaison Elvin James MP met yesterday.

BIU president Derrick Burgess said the meeting marked a new era of consultation within the industry.
