He was nonetheless found out of his Hamilton Parish residence at 2.10 a.m. on Saturday October 31 and again at 1.55 a.m. last Saturday, November 14.

Prosecutor Nicole Smith told the Magistrate that Police spotted Grant in the Spring Garden bar in Hamilton on October 31,and he was searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act. According to defence lawyer Craig Attridge, nothing was found. Ms Smith did not say where Grant was seen out this Saturday.

However, Mr. Warner told Grant at one point:<\p>"You were stopped with your boys in a car."

The defendant protested in response: "That ain't nothing. I was with one person, not with no gang related thing, nothing like that."

Mr. Warner retorted: never accused you of no gang related thing." But he warned Grant:"The whole thing with this probation is to help save you from yourself."

Prosecutor Ms Smith noted: "The defendant has been given every opportunity to learn positive life skills to assist him with being a productive member of society." However, she said, Grant has shown "blatant disregard for taking advantage of the opportunities he's been given."

The defendant and his lawyer Craig Attridge both urged Mr. Warner not to jail him, saying they believed the curfew part of the order had expired. The Senior Magistrate said there was no record of this.

Grant pleaded "From the bottom of my heart, please sir can I get another chance. Please, please sir. I do not wish to be in jail sir, for real, from the bottom of my heart."

His parents were in court to support him, with Grant going on to beg:<\p>"Please please do not take me away from my mother."
