yesterday when he pleaded guilty to using a fraudulent document, riding a cycle with no third party insurance and fraudulently using a licence plate.

Omar Allen, of Cottage Hill, admitted the offences which occurred on July 16, 1995.

He also admitted that he received a licence plate knowing that it was stolen.

Police Prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said that a Police patrol spotted two people on a blue Yamaha motorcycle around 12.23 a.m. on July 16. They became suspicious because it had no keys in the ignition.

Allen was stopped and arrested on suspicion of stealing the cycle. In a Police interview he admitted that he received the licence plate from someone else and that the cycle was unlicensed and uninsured.

Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. Edward King fined Allen $150 for using a false document, $350 for not having any third party insurance for his cycle and $100 for fraudulently using the licence plate.

He also fined him $75 for receiving a licence plate knowing it had been stolen.
