• Did Henderson Associates ever issue a retraction of an e-mail they sent out on December 14, 2007 containing false information?

• Crown counsel Gregory Howard, acting on behalf of Government in the civil case, suggested the information complained of was quickly removed from the ADHT.net website after it was spotted in March 2008. Are you able to say exactly how long it was on there and what prompted its removal?

• Does ADHT now have 501(c) tax-exempt charitable organisation status in the US?

• Were any donations for ADHT sent to FACTS Institute?

l If so, how many donations and totalling what amount?

l What happened to the money?

• How much is the Hendersons' contract with ADHT worth annually?

l Do they bid for the contract each year against rival firms?

• Following the concerns raised about the "misleading and not correct" information they sent out about ADHT, as described by former acting tourism director Ian MacIntyre, was consideration given to not awarding Henderson Associates the contract?

• Why was it decided that they should remain as the vendor?

• Is the Department of Tourism satisfied with the work being done by Henderson Associates on behalf of ADHT?

• Is it envisaged that the ADHT Foundation will become a body independent from government at some stage and, if so, when is this likely to happen?
