Breaking News: Bermuda slump to five wicket defeat

West Indies HP batsman Devon Thomas hit a half century as his side beat Bermuda by five wickets today.

Thomas (51) and Nkrumah Bonner (33) put on 68 for the third wicket as West Indies chased down the 135 they needed to win with 19.5 overs to spare.

In truth, the game was even more one-sided than the margain of victory suggests, with West Indies losing their last three wickets for just six runs as their batsmen lost their heads with victory in site.

Earlier Delon Johnson, Jason Holder and Keron Cottoy grabbed three wickets apiece as Bermuda were bowled out for 134 in 43.3 overs. Dion Stovell top-scored for Bermuda with a battling 31.
