A planning application has been submitted for a five-storey office and condo building at the corner of Court and Victoria Streets.

Applicant Harold Smith is seeking to demolish an existing building at 55 and 57 Court Street to make way for the project.

The building, designed by Terceira Quarterly Ltd., will have two basement levels for utility and parking, commercial units on the ground and first floors, office space on the second, and condos on the upper three storeys. The design also includes a roof terrace.

Mr. Smith was unavailable for further information yesterday.
