rg magazine's Car and Bike issue out tomorrow
The issue of road safety, its importance pointed up by five road deaths this year, is the focus of tomorrow's rg magazine, the annual Car and Bike Issue.
The Royal Gazette's chief reporter Matthew Taylor examines this highly emotive topic and interviews those people most intimately impacted: victims and surviving family members of serious road traffic accidents.
Reporter Clair O'Connor, of the Mid-Ocean News, also examines the topic of safety for rg magazine, this time with motor cycle dealers, who weigh in with suggested solutions.
With tighter finances the economic reality, finding a good deal is more important than ever, especially for big tickets items like a new car. Reporter Lindsay Kelly, also with the Mid-Ocean News, visits the island's car dealers to determine how to get the best value for money.
rg magazine is introducing a new section featuring first-rate photography contributed by members of the Bermuda Professional Photographers Association. In this issue the topic is 'Land' and photographers Graeme Outerbridge, Ian Macdonald-Smith and Gavin Howarth are featured.
Multiple births are more common than ever, and Matthew Taylor interviews two families who have triplets, including Ianthia Wade whose three children are now in their final years of school. Her late husband, Frederick Wade, was the Opposition Leader before his death which occurred just as they were about to enter primary school.
The April issue of rg magazine has these stories, features and more. It is free inside your Royal Gazette tomorrow.
