Landmark Construction Ltd

A Bermuda company formed in 2001 by Bermudian Edmund Lee Matvey and Canadian Arthur Bryan McCloud.

Lisgar Construction Company

A second generation family firm from Bolton in Canada.

Landmark Lisgar Construction Ltd.

A joint venture company formed in August 2007. Edmund Lee Matvey held 6,100 of the 10,000 shares. The Caco Trust, whose beneficiaries have never been revealed, held the other 3,900 shares, although its likely those shares were held by Lisgar bosses.

LLC Bermuda Ltd.

The company set up to take over from Landmark Lisgar in December 2008. Winters Burgess officially comes on board as vice president while Edmund Lee Matvey remains president. Gino BiFolchi, boss of Lisgar, retired as a director. The share register shows Mr. Matvey still holding 6,100 shares while the Caco Trust has no shares. However the transfer notes say the shares have been repurchased - normally this means the company has cancelled them but it can hold them as 'treasury shares' to be issued at a later date.
