M3 Wireless yesterday donated $2,500 to the Bermuda Heart Foundation after its February Heart Smart BlackBerry Promotion.

Throughout February, $5 from every BlackBerry sold at M3 was donated to the charity, with M3 making an additional donation in order to reach the final result.

Heart Foundation executive director Simone Barton thanked the company, saying: “It is with their generosity and support we can continue our work to improve heart healthcare in Bermuda.”

Sheila Lines, CEO of M3 Wireless said: “We want Bermudians to live long healthy lives and we are happy to support the Bermuda Heart Foundation, and their CORE Health Centre.”
