A call centre has been set up to help motorists whose vehicles were destroyed in the HWP fire.Company boss Jonathan Brewin said staff have been struggling to contact some customers as phone lists were burned in the blaze.People are encouraged to ring a temporary centre at Air Care, in Mill Creek Road, Pembroke, where HWP staff are now based.“We are in discussions with insurers at the moment and we are talking to customers as successfully as we can,” Mr Brewin told The Royal Gazette.“But we are finding it difficult to contact some people. If anyone wants to reaffirm their order or any vehicle that they had with us, they need to phone our centre on 295-5000.”It’s understood 12 cars were burned in the HWP body shop in Monday’s blaze.
