Man on sexual exploitation charges

A 38-year-old Sandys man was this morning charged with sexually exploiting two girls under the age of ten.
The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, denied three counts of sexual touching of a girl under the age of 14 and two counts of intruding on the privacy of a girl.
Magistrates’ Court heard that the alleged incidents that took place between December 1999 and December 2005. Both of the victims were under the age of ten at the time.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded the defendant in custody overnight, with the matter expected to be mentioned in Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
