BHC holding open house at Grand Atlantic development today

An open house is being held at Grand Atlantic, the new Bermuda Housing Corporation development, on South Road, Warwick today.
The site is near the Swizzle Inn, and the event runs from 10am to 4pm.
A Government spokeswoman said: “Two and three bedroom model units will be on display. In addition, representatives from lending agencies will be available to guide interested parties on financing terms for the development.”
The first phase of the development is due for completion at the end of October. Prices range from $495,000 for a two bedroom home to $670,000 for a three bedroom unit with ocean view. Residents will eventually have full access to the beach and park at Southlands, which is soon to be Bermuda’s newest National Park.
The Grand Atlantic development on South Shore in Warwick are having an open house today to show case the Hotel Resort and associated housing units.
