Drivers are being advised to use caution on the roads this morning, in particular in two City of Hamilton areas:At the junction of Burnaby Street and Church Street.On Victoria Street behind City Hall.A Police spokesman said these areas are reportedly slick due to an oily road surface after heavy rain last night.
