HWP fire investigation completed

An investigation into the blaze at HWP has been completed by the Bermuda Fire Service.

However, details of the fire’s cause will not be released until the conclusion of inquiries

Acting Inspector Lyndon Raynor confirmed that the HWP file remains under review by the coroner.

Last August’s inferno devastated HWP offices, show rooms and spray workshop along St John’s Road, Pembroke, sending a plume of smoke across the Island.

Fire destroyed the HWP site.
