Motorists injured during weekend crashesA Smith’s man remained in serious condition last night following a weekend crash.According to a Police Spokesman, at around 1am on Saturday police and other first responders attended a single vehicle collision in the Palmetto Road, Roberts Avenue area of Devonshire.A 53-year-old Smith’s man believe d to be the motorcycle’s rider was hospitalised and last night remained in the Intensive Care Unit.Police are still investigating the collision, and asking any witnesses or anyone with information to contact the police at 295-0011.Motorcyclist injures leg in crashA Warwick man suffered an injured leg after crashing into a parked Government trailer.According to police, the 28-year-old was riding a motorcycle along Harbour Road in Warwick on Thursday when the collision occurred. Officers and first responders arrived on scene shortly after 9pm.Earlier that same day, a 17-year-old Smiths woman was taken to hospital following a traffic collision.At around 1pm, officers responded to a reported collision at the roundabout at the junction of Woodland, Serpentine and Par-la-Ville Roads.A Police Spokeswoman said: “It appears two cars and a motorcycle were negotiating the roundabout when they collided.“The rider was injured and conveyed to KEMH via ambulance, treated for her injuries and later released. The drivers were not injured.”
