An American man was badly injured in a crash on Berry Hill Road in Paget early yesterday.A police spokesman said officers were called to the scene of the single-vehicle motorcycle collision around 2.45am.“The rider, a 42-year-old American man, was apparently seriously injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.“At last check, the victim was in the Intensive Care Unit in serious but stable condition,” he said.“Traffic was diverted away from the area while collision investigators examined the scene. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing.”The victim was said to be in a stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit yesterday.
