Traffic diverted after van hits wall

Traffic was temporarily diverted on Harbour Road on Thursday following a single vehicle accident near the junction with Warwick Park Road.
The accident occurred around 3.45pm and involved a van colliding with a wall.
A Police spokesman said the 21-year-old Southampton man who was driving the vehicle sustained minor arm injuries which did not require hospital treatment. But the van was extensively damaged.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact PC Ashun Wolffe on 295-0011.
