Accident lands man in intensive care

A 35-year-old Paget man was treated in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit following a collision on Crow Lane.

The single-vehicle accident happened around 12.55am yesterday morning near the North roundabout, a Police spokesman said.

“It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along Crow Lane when it collided with the roundabout. The rider, a 35-year-old Paget man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.

“At last check the victim was in the Intensive Care Unit. The motorcycle was extensively damaged.”
