Police are investigating after two punts were reported stolen in St George’s.The punts were stolen last week from Scott’s Harbour, near the Swing Bridge.Said a Police spokesman: “The first, BB Gun, is described as green in colour with a blue bottom measuring 5ft by 3ft and was removed sometime between 4pm Saturday, July 20 and 9.30am Sunday, July 28.“The second is described as a white fiberglass punt, measuring 6ft long [and] bearing registration decal #649, was removed sometime between 4pm Saturday, July 27 and 7.45am Sunday, July 28.”Anyone with any information about the punts is asked to contact Marine Unit on 247-1770.
