BBC chief charged with driving offence

Bermuda Broadcasting Company CEO Rick Richardson has appeared in court charged with using a hand-held device while driving.

Mr Richardson, whose first name was given in court as Ulrich, denied the offence at Magistrates' Court today.

He was granted bail in the amount of $500 by Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo and told to reappear on October 29.
