The Association of Fundraising Professionals is to host a “Focus on Philanthropy” lunchtime talk next month.AFP president and CEO Andrew Watts will deliver the talk on Wednesday, October 9 at the Centre on Philanthropy, 16 Wesley Street, Hamilton.Topics include global trends in philanthropy, the importance of fundraisers and accreditation, corporate responsibility trends and an overview of AFP itself.The event will run from noon to 1.30pm and tickets are $25.
