A Devonshire man has been charged after damaging a police car and a Bermuda Gas truck last Friday.

Jay Ming, 43, of Ariel View Drive, denied wilfully and unlawfully causing $500 worth of damage to the truck, causing $500 worth of damage to the bonnet of a police vehicle, making threatening gestures to a police officer and resisting arrest when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court today.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Ming on $2000 bail.

He will appear for trial May 8.
