A 34-year-old man suffered severe head injuries in a traffic collision on Sunday evening.

A police spokesman said the collision, involving a car and a motorcycle, took place on Marsh Folly Road near the Tennis Stadium.

“As a result, a 34-year-old man was taken to the hospital with what are believed to be serious head injuries,” the spokesman said. “Traffic Collision investigators were called to the scene and an investigation into the collision has begun.”
