Three men have been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to another man.

Ryan Richardson, 23, of Hamilton, Trevon Talbot, 24, of Devonshire and Arya Outerbridge, 25, of Hamilton all pleaded not guilty to assaulting David Trott when they appeared in Magistrates Court this morning.

The assault was alleged to have taken place on March 8 in Devonshire, according to prosecutor Larissa Burgess.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released the three defendants on $2,000 bail with each receiving one surety.

The case will go to trial October 13.
